Kubilay Balci provides training and coaching to our clients with his 2 decades of international multi-industry experience in the field.
He started his Lean Six Sigma journey in GE Plastics in 98 where he first ran Customer Productivity Program in Turkey and then led At the Customer for the Customer Program in CEE and MEA; he trained and coached the B2B customers of GE to execute improvement projects.
Later joined Mondi Group in Vienna solely to start Continuous Improvement initiative. After successfully implementing the program and strategic framework to 48 manufacturing facilities in Europe and MEA, he made a move into to Financial Services Industry and following 10 years had several leadership positions at Western Union including Head of BIG (Business Initiatives Group) and Director for Global Process and Productivity.
During his time in WU he also focused on execution of company’s strategy and led multi-million Dollar projects.
Kubilay is a Chemical Engineer by education and also holds an Executive MBA degree. He is certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Hoshin (Strategy Planning and Execution) Facilitator. He is an active member of SEC – Strategy Execution Consortium and Austrian Process Management Society.
He lives with his family in Vienna and from there serves our customers around the globe.
