The existing programme was confined to the central belt, limiting access for patients across the country. The primary objective was to increase the geographical reach without compromising the quality and safety of tissue and cell products. The need for this expansion was critical, as it would ensure equitable healthcare services for all patients in Scotland, aligning with the NHS’s goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Specific Assignments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The project required a thorough assessment of the current reproductive tissue program to identify areas for improvement. Aleksandra’s task was to enhance efficiency and free up staff time, which would subsequently allow the facilitation of approximately 20 additional patients per year. This translates to 394 hours of Band 6 staff time, valued at \u00a336.6 per hour.
