Lean Six Sigma, built for the City
Green Belt and Black Belt Services training designed for operations and Continuous Improvement professionals working in financial and professional services.
Learn from our Master Black Belt with 25+ years of Financial Services experience, with just three classroom days in the Square Mile and the remainder delivered online.
World-class expertise. Minimal disruption to your career.
A unique opportunity to learn from, and with, the best in the City
The City’s financial and professional services organisations operate in an environment where efficiency, risk, regulation and customer expectations constantly compete for attention. Improving performance here requires more than knowing Lean Six Sigma. It requires understanding how to apply it in complex service organisations. Our Green Belt and Black Belt Services programmes bring together professionals facing those challenges every day. Learn alongside peers from banking, insurance, consulting, fintech and other service-led organisations, exchange experiences and build a professional network that extends beyond the classroom. Led by our experienced Master Black Belt with 25+ years in Financial Services, the programme connects Lean Six Sigma with real service challenges, from improving customer journeys and reducing process delays to strengthening operational performance. You’ll leave with more than a qualification: practical capability you can apply at work, new perspectives from professionals operating in similar environments, and connections within the City’s Continuous Improvement community.

Optimised for demanding calendars
Our Green Belt and Black Belt Services programmes in The City are specifically designed to combine maximum impact with the flexibility required by busy professionals.
The training is structured across three manageable blocks, spread over several weeks. You begin with an intensive three-day in-person block in The City, focusing on interactive classroom learning, practical application of Lean Six Sigma principles, and valuable networking opportunities with peers from across the service sector.
You then continue your learning journey through two additional online blocks, where you further develop your knowledge through interactive sessions, practical exercises, and guidance from experienced instructors. After completing the training, you will apply your new skills by leading a Green Belt or Black Belt improvement project within your organisation. Throughout your project, you will receive support and guidance from an experienced Master Black Belt, helping you successfully work towards your certification.
This hybrid format allows you to develop a recognised Lean Six Sigma qualification while minimising time away from your workplace and, most importantly, ensuring you can translate your learning into measurable business improvements.
Build your Lean Six Sigma skills. And your City network.
You’ll train alongside Operations and Continuous Improvement professionals from banking, insurance, fintech, leasing and other financial services organisations across the City. With dedicated networking built into the programme, including a hosted lunch in Broadgate Circle and drinks at Boxhall, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful professional connections while earning your Lean Six Sigma qualification.
Practical information about our location in Liverpool street
1. Where exactly is the training venue located near Liverpool Street?
The Lean Six Sigma training takes place at OSiT Liverpool Street, located at 46 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JH. The venue sits just a one-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, right in the heart of the City of London, and offers a modern, professional training space surrounded by shops, cafés, and business facilities. This central location makes it easy to combine your training day with everything the City has to offer, from City landmarks to after-hours networking.
2. How do I get to the venue from Liverpool Street Station?
OSiT Liverpool Street is only a one-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, making it one of the most convenient training venues in London. Exit the station via Bishopsgate or the Liverpool Street/Old Broad Street exit, and head towards New Broad Street — the venue is at number 46. The walk takes less than two minutes, even at a relaxed pace, so there’s no need to rush between your train and the start of your session.
3. Is the venue easily accessible by public transport?
Yes, OSiT Liverpool Street benefits from excellent public transport links. Liverpool Street Station itself is served by the Underground (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines), the Elizabeth line, and National Rail services, all just a minute’s walk from the venue. Moorgate Station is a further four to five minutes on foot, offering additional Underground connections, while Bank Station is about ten minutes away. Numerous bus routes also stop nearby, so however you’re travelling into central London, getting to the venue is straightforward.
4. Are there parking facilities available near the training location?
There is no dedicated on-site parking at OSiT Liverpool Street, which is typical for venues in this part of central London. The area falls within the Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zones, so we’d recommend travelling by train or Underground where possible. If you do need to drive, nearby public car parks such as NCP Finsbury Square offer pay-and-display parking within easy walking distance of the venue.
5. Are there nearby hotels, restaurants, or amenities for attendees?
The venue’s location around Liverpool Street and Broadgate Circle puts you within easy reach of a wide range of hotels, from budget-friendly chains to boutique options, many just a few minutes’ walk away. For food and drink, you’ll find plenty of choice on your doorstep, from the restaurants and bars of Broadgate Circle to the stalls and eateries of Spitalfields Market nearby.
