Het is belangrijk dat hier zo min mogelijk uitval is in het productieproces. Stilstand van de productielijn kan erg veel kosten met zich mee brengen. Vanuit de organisatie wordt er dan ook continu gestreefd naar optimalisatie van het productieproces. Hierdoor kunnen ze de kostprijs zo laag mogelijk houden. Een Lean Six Sigma cursist heeft zich beziggehouden met dit optimalisatieproces. Het doel van de cursist: het productieproces zo min mogelijk tot stilstand te laten komen. Lees dan snel verder.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een uitgebreide productielijn met meer dan 20 machines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een productielijn voor spuitbussen bestaat uit 20 verschillende machines. Vanuit hier worden lege blikken vervaardigd tot spuitbussen. Wanneer het productieproces tot stilstand komt brengt dit ongewenste kosten met zich mee. Het doel van dit project is dan ook om de stilstand van machines te halveren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe is de cursist aan de slag gegaan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Allereerst is er vastgesteld waar de grootste problemen in het proces opspeelden. Dit is in samenwerking gedaan met een lijnmonteur, een onderhoudsmonteur, een teamcoach en een operator. Hierdoor zijn de grondoorzaken vastgesteld. Hieruit is gebleken dat er bepaalde onderdelen versleten waren. Hierbij kunnen we denken aan versleten ventielen, pakkingen en afsluitingen. Deze moeten gereviseerd worden om het productieproces vloeiender te laten verlopen. Daarnaast is er bepaald dat dit in de toekomst preventief moet gebeuren. Hierdoor kan stilstand in het productieproces verminderd worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een nieuwe werkwijze en een mooi resultaat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadat de versleten onderdelen in het productieproces zijn gereviseerd, is er getest of dit een positieve uitwerking heeft op het productieproces. Uiteindelijk is de stilstand van vulmachines gehalveerd met 50%. Daarnaast is er bij betrokkenen meer bewustzijn gecre\u00eberd over het belang van revisie van machines. Er is daarom ook besloten om revisies in te plannen op basis van machine-uren. Al met al heeft dit project een kostenbesparing van \u20ac30.000 per 3 maanden opgeleverd.
