Dit houdt in dat ik alles regel rondom trainingen. Dit is bijvoorbeeld het boeken van de locaties en de bijbehorende catering. Daarnaast plan ik alle data van trainingen in en zorg ik ervoor dat de juiste trainers hieraan worden gekoppeld. Naast het verzorgen van trainingen regel ik ook al het promotiemateriaal van The Lean Six Sigma Company. In deze blog neem ik je graag mee in mijn werkweek en laat ik je zien waar al mijn werkzaamheden uit bestaan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maandag 26 juni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vandaag komen er bij ons op kantoor (nieuwe) franchisenemers langs vanuit het buitenland. We hebben onder andere collega\u2019s uit Canada, Togo en Servi\u00eb mogen verwelkomen. Het is interessant om te zien hoe iedereen met elkaar omgaat en cultuurverschillen nauwelijks zichtbaar zijn. Samen met mijn collega\u2019s heb ik de buitenlandse gasten ontvangen. We hebben ze het kantoor laten zien en zijn vervolgens met ze gaan dineren in Rotterdam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dinsdag 27 juni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Op dinsdag hebben mijn collega\u2019s en ik wederom de dag doorgebracht met de internationale gasten. Vandaag hebben we ze training gegeven in het doceren van Lean Six Sigma. Daarnaast hebben we ze kennis laten maken met het materiaal wat we gebruiken bij The Lean Six Sigma Company. Doorgaans zorg ik altijd voor het trainingsmateriaal. Daarnaast maak ik de certificaten van cursisten die een opleiding hebben behaald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Woensdag 28 juni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze dag heb ik administratieve taken ingepland. &nbsp;Dit houdt bijvoorbeeld in dat ik klanten help die een trainingsdatum willen wijzigen. Daarbij draai ik ook een aantal certificaten uit van geslaagde cursisten.&nbsp; Deze zullen binnenkort worden uitgereikt aan de cursisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donderdag 29 juni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Op donderdag begin ik met het regelen van een locatie voor de Summer Course training. De vorige Summer Course was een groot succes en daarom is er besloten om dit een vervolg te geven. Ik ga enthousiast op zoek naar een leuke en inspirerende locatie. In de middag help ik een trainer met het afnemen van een Post HBO examen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vrijdag 30 juni<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Op vrijdag ben ik bij een trainers-vergadering geweest. &nbsp;Eens in de 2 maanden wordt er een vergadering georganiseerd voor alle trainers. Ze bespreken dan onder andere wat er de afgelopen periode is gebeurd. Daarnaast geven ze elkaar tips en tricks om alle trainingen nog beter te maken. Met een tevreden gevoel sluit ik de week af.
