Af en toe krijg ik de vraag van organisaties waarom<\/span> ze met Lean aan de slag moeten.. Dit is voor mij per definitie een reden om niet met Lean te beginnen! Lean biedt fantastische ondersteuning en resultaten voor organisaties die een uitdaging of probleem ervaren in hun productie of dienstverlening. Lean is echter geen doel op zich. Aan de slag met Lean omdat het populair is biedt niet de juiste drive om tot succes te komen. Vandaar deze top 5 redenen om niet met Lean te beginnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

1. Er is geen management commitment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lean initiatieven worden gedreven vanuit de werkvloer (de Gemba). Dit betekent dat het  management ruimte moet bieden aan de medewerkers om te komen met oplossingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2. De organisatie ervaart geen probleem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Als er geen noodzaak is om te verbeteren heeft het ook geen zin om met verbeteren te starten. Het kan altijd sneller, beter en goedkoper, maar als de drive om daar naar te streven ontbreekt zullen de Lean initiatieven falen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. De oplossing is al bedacht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe willen met Lean de processen automatiseren..\u201d  <\/em>Als er al voor automatisering is gekozen biedt Prince II een prima methode om die te implementeren. Lean \u201conderzoekt\u201d welke activiteiten van waarde zijn voor de klant en hoe deze activiteiten optimaal op elkaar kunnen worden afgestemd. Hoe deze oplossing eruit ziet is van te voren niet bekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Geen tijd of budget om medewerkers te trainen in de principes van Lean<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lean vergt een andere manier van kijken naar effici\u00ebntie en effectiviteit. Zonder het delen van deze zienswijze met de medewerkers komen er ook geen nieuwe inzichten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

5. Geen tijd om het proces goed te analyseren tot op de \u201cRoot causes\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lean biedt geen \u201cout-of-the-box\u201d of \u201cbest-practice\u201d oplossingen. Het kost tijd om te komen tot grondoorzaken van problemen die voorkomen in het proces.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
