My role involves speaking with individuals and organisations who are exploring Lean Six Sigma training, helping them understand the different options available and supporting them in finding the right path for their goals and experience.
One of the things I enjoy most about my role is getting to speak with people from a wide range of industries and learning more about what they want to achieve, whether that’s improving processes within their organisation, developing professionally, or progressing into leadership and management roles.
I particularly enjoy helping people who are completely new to Lean Six Sigma feel more confident in understanding where to start and making the learning process feel approachable and straightforward.
I’m passionate about creating a positive and supportive experience for our clients from the first conversation, and I believe learning should feel practical, engaging, and genuinely valuable and that’s exactly what our courses offer.
