Gathering the information in a structured manner to make data driven decisions ensuring the right choices are being made, working on the right things at the right time.<\/p>\n<h2>MY BACKGROUND AS LEAN SIX SIGMA PROFESSIONAL<\/h2>\n<p>My passion for Six Sigma began in 1998, working as a Black Belt project leader and later applying the methodology of Design for Six Sigma.
