In die tijd\u00a0 studeerde ik \u00a0HEAO-CE, waar voor mijn thesis in 2001 een groot deel werd ingeruimd aan \u2018De Verborgen Fabriek\u2019, effici\u00ebntie vraagstukken van de onderhoudswerkplaatsen. Het onderzoek hierin was mede de start van het bepalen van de Unique Selling Points van E &amp; M.<\/p>\n<p>Aansluitend werd ik gevraagd om bij Hamilton Sundstrand Quality Manager te worden. Daar werd ik verantwoordelijk\u00a0 voor het LEAN-concept \u201cAchieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) \u201d bij het jonge dochterbedrijf EPCOR. ACE is een eigen Lean Six Sigma programma van United Technology Corporation.\u00a0 Toen EPCOR 100% dochter van KLM E&amp;M werd, haakten het ACE programma aan bij het KLM Lean Six Sigma programma, en Six Sigma elementen werden\u00a0 toegevoegd aan het kwaliteitsprogramma. EPCOR werd een Lean Six Sigma-voorbeeld voor veel bedrijven.\u00a0 Het was een voorrecht aan de wieg te staan van dit succesvolle programma.<\/p>\n<p>Aansluitend ben ik bij DMN Westinghouse als Kwaliteitsmanager aangesteld. Daar is Lean Six Sigma uitgerold. Onze start ging met het boekje \u201cOnze ijsberg smelt!\u201d van John Kotter. Samen met alle medewerkers werden naast het inrichten van de flow veel verbeteringen doorgevoerd. Het bevestigde dat een verandercultuur met goed leiderschap en via kleine stappen gerealiseerd kan worden.<\/p>\n<p>Ik haal plezier uit het trainen van mensen en hen t coachen in hun praktijk, als Lean Six Sigma coach.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De behoefte om mee te kijken bij processen en waar mogelijk adviezen te geven voor verbetering, is mij met de paplepel ingegoten.
